To align with The Senator Groups clients needs and vision to invest in technology that elevates their customer experience it was imperative we understood their vast product range, customer expectations, data and technology — meaning that our challenge was to create and implement an online quoting tool for desktop and mobile that would seamlessly integrate with existing technologies and data sets, plus, deliver a joined up user journey.

With such a strong heritage and reputation in the furniture manufacturing industry, The Senator Group has always maintained a leading voice with multiple brands. Our approach was to truly understand the vast product ranges, the product options that users can choose from and their expectations whilst specifying a project to ultimately create a quote.
Our design team started by visualising clear user journeys, simple, intuitive design led user experiences, while striking a balance between product visuals and a functional quoting tool.
The Red-Fern development team also set to work understanding how the vast data sets and rules around product options could align with the UI/UX interface.
The reimagined design, data and technology would ultimately invoke emotions of trust, ease-of-use and partnership, solidifying The Senator Groups continued investment into is customer experience and the product it delivers.
