Having such a strong vision, it was imperative that we profiled the target audience to inform the creative approach whilst documenting the technology roadmap with HubSpot. Our approach was to create clean, clear and modern visuals with an intuitive property search and informative property pages, while striking a balance between culture, community and the house types.
This reimagined creative direction, technology and marketing strategy delivered an engaging user experience whilst giving clear conversion points for visitors to potentially become house buyers.
