Approach
As with any global rebrand and digital strategy, we started with the renowned Red-Fern discovery phase.
Red-Fern’s senior team directed Biological Preparations’ project stakeholders, sales and marketing team through a mix of desk research, surveys, in-person sessions, and online workshops. We explored how the existing brand, products, and messaging were being perceived in the industry, whilst also building up profiles of Biological Preparations’ existing customers, ideal customers, and the current sales process.
Once this information was collated, documented, and repositioned, it was presented to Biological Preparations in our award winning ‘Discovery Document’.
This document allows all the project stakeholders to fully understand what their business looks like today, what it wants to be in the future, the types of customers it wants to interact with, the messaging, tone of voice, and how the brand wants to be communicated.
