We are seeking a talented and motivated Mid-Level Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a passion for digital marketing, a keen understanding of various online channels, and the ability to manage client accounts effectively.
Role Responsibilities
Strategy Development:
- Create comprehensive B2B digital marketing strategies tailored to each client and their goals, incorporating a mix of SEO, PPC, social media, content writing and other relevant channels.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to continuously refine and optimise strategies.
Retainer Account Management:
- Keeping in close contact with retainer clients, running weekly calls and monthly marketing report meetings. Ensuring their digital marketing needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Develop a deep understanding of each client’s business, industry, and goals.
- Be able to spot opportunities to optimise and grow retainer accounts.
Time Management and Proactivity:
- Effectively manage time to meet project deadlines and client expectations.
- Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and take initiative to implement changes.
- Plan your own workload to be able to deliver on deadlines.
Marketing Tactics:
- Implement and manage various digital marketing tactics, including but not limited to SEO optimisation, PPC campaigns, content creation such as website copy, whitepapers, blog articles, and social media management.
- Have a good knowledge and experience of the key marketing tactics for B2B clients.

You
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:
- Solid knowledge and experience of inbound channels (SEO, social media, content marketing, email and PPC) and inbound techniques (landing pages and marketing automation)
- Flexible approach to tasks and process change, willing to bring new ideas to the table and change aspects of role as it develops
- First class communication skills
- Desire to build a career in Digital Marketing and drive company vision and targets
- Ability to think strategically and analytically.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably within an agency setting.
- Able to navigate around Google Analytics and has some knowledge of how to use this platform to report on client goals.
- HubSpot knowledge – required
